Support Your Employees. Strengthen Your Organization. Prepare for Aging Realities.

Exploring the profound impact of aging, caregiving, and dementia reveals not only the challenges families face—but also the strain placed on workplaces. Caregiving responsibilities directly affect employee productivity, morale, and retention. With the right tools, education, and support, your team can be better prepared to navigate these life stages with clarity and confidence.

Meet Annalee

With more than 30 years of experience in senior care and family caregiving solutions, Annalee Kruger is a nationally recognized speaker, educator, consultant, and passionate                                                        advocate for families navigating the complex realities of                                                            aging. As the founder of Care Right, Inc.—the first                                                                    global, fully virtual senior care, dementia, and family                                                                  caregiving consultancy—along with Plan4Life and Care                                                            Crusade, Annalee has guided over 20,000 families                                                                  through aging plans, dementia progression education,                                                              long-term care strategies, and family mediation.

Annalee’s journey began in long-term care communities,                                                        where she served as a social worker, marketing director,                                                            and executive director for 18 years. Day after day, she                                                              witnessed families arrive unprepared—panicked over a loved one’s discharge from the hospital, unsure how to choose care facilities, and unaware of their loved one's care wishes or financial plans. Frustrated by the patterns of crisis, confusion, and poor decision-making, Annalee founded Care Right, Inc. in 2011 to break that cycle.

Through her consulting services, Annalee acts as a neutral third-party facilitator, helping families across the globe improve communication, resolve caregiving conflicts, and build cohesive care teams. Her signature Aging Plan process educates families on dementia progression, care options, the cost of care, the differences between care levels, and the importance of planning—ensuring that no family caregiver or aging loved one is left behind.

Her mission is clear: To help families age successfully, with dignity, clarity, and confidence—before a crisis hits. She believes that caregiving, aging, and dementia do not have to derail a family’s legacy, finances, emotional health, or relationships—if they are prepared. That preparation includes not only a thorough Aging Plan but also vital communication tools, advocacy strategies, and proactive coordination of legal and healthcare documentation, such as her Grab and Go e-Binder.

Today, Annalee’s work extends far beyond one-on-one consulting. She collaborates with employers, financial professionals, healthcare systems, and professional associations to provide scalable solutions through keynotes, workshops, and customized educational programs. Her insights and tools have become trusted resources for major organizations including AICPA & CIMA, FPA, IWI, NAIFA, Guardian, and Truist, and she is a frequent national podcast guest and speaker on topics ranging from dementia care and family communication to caregiving burnout and senior care planning.

She also created the Care Right Family Caregiver Solutions Facebook group, a global community offering ongoing education, tips, and emotional support for caregivers worldwide. Her book, The Invisible Patient: The Emotional, Financial, and Physical Toll on Family Caregivers, offers further guidance and can be found on Amazon and invisiblepatientbook.com.

Whether through personalized consulting, virtual coaching, or public speaking, Annalee Kruger remains devoted to transforming how families, professionals, and institutions approach aging and caregiving—one plan at a time.

The Universal Problem

Aging and caregiving are inevitable—but most families are unprepared. Without planning and guidance, these challenges lead to crisis mode, fractured relationships, and workforce attrition.
Here’s what we’re seeing across the board:

  • Adult children are thrust into caregiving without family meetings or planning

  • Seniors often fail at home due to lack of coordinated care

  • Family dynamics deteriorate without communication, plans, or education

  • Caregivers are leaving jobs, declining promotions, or stepping back professionally

  • Financial, physical, and emotional tolls on caregivers are staggering

  • Medicare does not cover long-term care—yet most families assume it does

  • Crisis-based decisions (like moving parents in) often backfire

  • Long-distance caregiving is now the norm—rescue missions are expensive

  • Caregiving feels manageable… until it isn’t

This is a global issue with clear solutions—ones that benefit both employees and employers when implemented effectively.

What Clients Are Saying

OMG I’ve gone through this scenario with my Mom (she passed last year) and as the presenter went through her checklist I kept nodding my head up and down.   It should be a mandatory requirement that all financial planners go through an eye opening course like this one.  Excellent!!!!!!!

The best thing I can say about the presentation is that I already ordered her book! I do wish this had been longer, even 15 minutes.

Annalee has in-depth knowledge on the challenges seniors and their families face as they age. She is a wealth of information and has resources and recommendations for families trying to find appropriate care or face the demands of caregiving themselves. She can connect very well with anyone she works with, she's motivated, dedicated, and I'd be hard-pressed to find anyone with a more positive attitude! I'd highly recommend Annalee!
